Nobody is berating Liverpool for refusing to pay 300kpw to Guehi. We're berating them for not closing the damn deal during last window in 20 fucking days. Just take this FSG social media washing elsewhere.

People berating Liverpool do not understand how finances work in football 300k a week is superstar wages (for a non-superstar player). Only 2 Liverpool players earn more than that - VVD & Salah Over 5 years the cost of the deal is anywhere above 100 million GBP + Its nearly impossible to sell a player for decent transfer once he's earning that much. Only City can pay that much money for a potential rotation option with not much selling potential Isak for comparison is around 280k a week. If I was the SD there, I'd move on too. Especially when the CB market is booming in Europe
