The customer (Lenore) "orders" a cake from waitress Sandee inscribed "I had sex with your boyfriend" (her bf Jason, the rival escort) and has it sent to her own address to rub it in. Sandee catches on, starts crying & wants to call him, but Lenore tells her to ignore him for a week instead—to leverage it and "get more" out of the situation.
