A large fall in the price of #Bitcoin or #EGLD measured in euros or dollars isn't abnormal. In a free market, prices constantly adjust as peoples preferences change. Investors need liquidity or have found better opportunities, but EGLD & BTC haven't lost the economic usefulness.

Debt crisis are less likely in a cryptocurrency system. Money creation is more constrained. A government can't simply print more BTC, ETH, or $EGLD to cover losses. This creates stronger financial discipline. Borrowers and lenders must rely on real savings and market signals.

EU Issues 244 MiCA Crypto Licenses as Germany and France Lead Rollout ESMA register data showed that the EU had issued 244 MiCA Crypto-Asset Service Provider licenses as of June 29, with Germany leading at 57 licenses and France second with 26, together accounting for more than one-third of the total. Greece, Hungary, Poland, Portugal and Romania have not issued any MiCA licenses. Crypto firms without a MiCA license must stop providing relevant services in the EU after July 1.
