@TheGalox_ I mean, you could crop 200Mp sensor to get losless zoom up to 4x. While you simply cannot replicate ultrawide camera using main camera (instead slow ass panorama capture of course)

To me one of the biggest mistakes the tech community made was choosing Ultrawide over Telephoto when phones started implementing dual cameras Telephoto is much more useful, especially now with periscope sensors, and UW can be almost replaced by a wider Main camera

@tMMIE32 @TheGalox_ Capturing whole buildings with minimal distortion compared to panorama mode. This is very useful for many architect or interior designer.

@TheGalox_ At least it's funny to see how the tab s11 ultra has dual cameras but the secondary camera is a shitty ultrawide, like wtf are you going to do with that on a tablet

@TheGalox_ That was my biggest issue with the iPhone Mini, I almost never use the ultra wide lens on my phone but I use the telephoto one a lot

For profession photograph yes is very useful, but it's not practical for everyday use when you only get main and zoom. Why? Simply because you can't take family/group photos using tele.

@PAIOnePercent @TheGalox_ In practical usage both are useful You can get somewhat back to get subject into frames (most of the times) But in many cases you find your subject longer than you capture in 1x so that time telephoto lense comes handy Also zoomed pictures look comparably good to UW
