Need a mediator who specialises in foxes. Fox came and ate our favourite chicken in the middle of the day - while I was home! We always thought the rules were if we leave them out too late at night then that's fair game but this hungry fox don't play by the rules it seems :(

@laurakirk1970 Super interesting! No established path into this area of mediation, but clearly so much potential to benefit the various communities. I note that the report had conflict/dispute resolution as the 3rd benefit - so nice to see all the other benefits of mediation acknowledged also!

We had great conversations about mediation in different contexts and cultures, so interesting to hear how dispute resolution works in different families and groups - the differences but also the similarities.

Also spoke about the need for greater diversity in mediation practice and how there are so many great mediators who do not come from a background of legal practice. LOVED how many of my Māori and Pasifika students approached me after class to ask what steps they can take next!

Back in the UK - Just completed my first stint as 'lecturer' teaching the Negotiation and Mediation paper at AUT University with the always delightful Samantha de Coning from @FairWayresolve.
