Been having ups and downs with business lately. Stores fizzling out. Constant delays with new brand. But things are picking back up. Can’t let momentary losses affect the path I’m on and I just need to embrace it. On another note I was blessed enough to get a call from Rolex (my first watch from an AD) I know this post is mainly a flex and basically just stroking my ego but I want everyone to know I’m not better than anybody because of the watch I wear. In all honestly the money used to buy this watch should have gone towards inventory for the brand. But this was a piece I’ve been wanting for a long time so I had to pull the trigger. At the end of the day it’s just a watch. Not much changes cus I own it now. I just gotta keep taking steps forwards and when small opportunities like this come along in the journey I will enjoy them but not make it the end all be all of the path I’m on. This is a small win in the grand scheme of things but happy to have a 2nd Rolex in my collection

@anthonyjecom lol legitttt. Makes me think dropshipping is just way better haha. I feel like you just have to brand so well and make restocks a big deal for it to work really well, or just be crazy good at forecasting

Honestly I'm scared because I don't know if it will sell lol. Most my due diligence came from just studying a growing market spotting a gap and then creating image ads with AI to see if I get sales. I did get sales when testing the idea out but it was at like a 1 ROAS Taking the risk and betting on improving the CPA with better ads with the actual product not just AI images.

Got the final samples for my new ecom brand in and it's exciting and scary. Lots of money has gone into this. I know the road to making it a profitable cashflowing business will be long. But I can only focus what's ahead of me right now. I will be giving all samples away to UGC creators and getting my initial batch of content for ads. Will be launching very soon :)

I feel ya brotha July and August were rough for me business wise as well. I had to stop focusing on the external results and just focus on the progress and process. Can't control the numbers on the screen but can control what you do on a day to day and no matter what the results are choose to feel good that you're moving forwards despite everything else saying you're not

Going from $0 to $10k in profit with a new dropshipping store but even tho I found a good product the last thing I will do is start bumping the budgets. Here's why... Slowly scaling dropshipping stores is the motive in 2024. Everything needs to be in check before budgets are touched. Emails, SMS, Retargeting NEED TO BE SETUP. Optimize the AOV with cart upsells, shipping, and post-purchase upsells before scaling budgets so you can really push hard. UGC and Custom Content need to be added all over your funnel ASAP these days it increases the CVR better than anything. Iteration creatives locked and loaded in the ad account and net new creatives in production. Now that the seeds are planted budgets can start being increased. With everything in place, you'll be able to scale for longer and make more money in the long run not just pump and dump. It's pointless to scale budgets hard when your funnel isn't built for scale.

I started a brand new dropshipping store last month and will easily scale it to $10k in profit per month by doing this 👇🏻 Context: I needed to cook up a new dropshipping store cus my I needed more cashflow for the brand I was building so I challenged myself to start from scratch. I detailed the testing strategy in a previous tweet but basically, this is what I did to get it off the ground if you haven't read that: -test 4 products a week -8 net new creatives per product (no ripping creatives) -branded landing page off the rip But how am I going from testing to scaling and pocketing an extra $10k a month? We've identified 2-3 products that are working very well Now it's time to BEAT THE CONTROL This is something copywriters talk about all the time but is how we will scale this up to $10k profit To beat the control this is the exact steps we'll do: 1. Itteration creatives of the ad getting the most spend - new hooks -new scoll stoppers -new bodies -new scripts -use the base ad that's well and test as many variables to beat the control 2. Net new creatives - we have an idea of the style and general angle that works -gather fresh and new clips -write 100% new scripts -test against the best ad 3. Landing page itterations -create a listicle + advertorial and split your traffic 50/50 - test standard shopify product pages vs custom product page -focus on big variations at the start

Slowly scaling dropshipping stores is the new wave in 2024. Less payment process issues. Longer term profits. And less management is needed, just make new ads every week and bump the budget by 20% every 2-3 days.
