The #NH90 Standard 2 is one of the latest NH90 configurations and is being developed specifically for the French Army Aviation to support special forces operations. The French Armed Forces Ministry has ordered a total of 18 NH90s in the Standard 2 configuration.

Opération Durandal : un Rafale des Forces aériennes stratégiques vient de réaliser avec succès le premier tir d’essai en vol d’un missile nucléaire supersonique ASMPA rénové, sans charge embarquée. Cette opération, prévue de longue date, concrétise l’ambition prévue en loi de programmation militaire pour notre dissuasion nucléaire, dont elle démontre l’excellence et la crédibilité opérationnelle. #Leonardo is proud to celebrate #EMSWeek2024, a significant event that recognises the lifesaving work of emergency medical services (#EMS) professionals, honoring customers who rely on our helicopters to save lives. Today, we highlight Mercy Flight Central, a non-profit founded in 1992 to provide air medical services to New York State residents and beyond. Since its inception, Mercy Flight Central has served more than 17,000 patients and grown to over 70 employees. In October 2023, Mercy Flight Central’s President and CEO Erin Reese visited #LeonardoHelicopters for an acceptance ceremony celebrating the addition of two new #AW119 helicopters, ensuring continued high-quality patient care to New York residents in all 25 counties they serve.
