As an atheist, who has never caused harm to anyone my entire life, I’m going to Hell but if I become a Christian and I rape, abuse or murder someone, I can repent for my sins and book a one way ticket to Heaven? Do I have that right? 🤔 #atheist #atheism

Atheists don’t need to disprove God’s existence to theists. Many versions of theistic claims are unfalsifiable, which makes the attempt pointless. The burden of proof should remain on the theist, where it belongs.

@m_s_goodrich When a Muslim looks in the mirror he sees evidence that Allah exists. When you look you see evidence of your God. How do I know which of you is right? When I look in the mirror I see evidence that I exist which I can prove.

@antitheistdad Godhood is a role. Deification is a choice to enter into a specific type of relationship - God/Adherent. You can only ever have evidence that a Being exists. It is a choice to view the Being as a god.

atheism is a lack of belief in gods 🤦‍♀️ it is not a positive claim it’s not a worldview it’s not a religion there is no reliable evidence for the existence of any gods therefore a god is not something to even consider. same for unicorns. it is a lack of belief based on lack of evidence that’s it

I find it difficult to relate to people who deconstruct their religious faith only to jump into another one. Clearly the deconstruction hasn’t been sufficiently thorough.
