@roscoebone @AmericanAir Actually delta had 11% less canceled flights today going off of flightaware. Also detla also offers a hotel for you when you get stuck somewhere. It's no always about the canceled flight, it's about the customer service you get afterwards.

How shitty @AmericanAir canceled fights do to weather and we get stuck with the 300 dollar bill. #flydelta at least you get a free ride from the airport and a free room.
