So I went to the alch marketplace and search "suraza", and purchased his item. That item will ask you for a key to get an answer. actually I can also hint you a bit if you talked to the bot. The key was actually "key" (which is kinda funny). And a coordinate revealed like "51.523256,-0.1469357". Search this on google map and it is somewhere called “Park Crescent Garden”. “CRESCENT” was the answer.
