Yesterday felt like things were collapsing. A bad update. Discord on fire (literally). Emotions running high. Tough situation. So, I stepped back and tried to listen (past the noise). Listen into what people were actually saying. Turns out: a lot of it was right. This morning we came up with a new solution. We rebuilt the fix using the community's input and I think the result is much better. My lesson learned: Listening to your community doesn't mean basking in the praise. It also means staying open when the feedback is hard to hear. Because that's usually when it matters most. First update live. More in 24 hours.
