Although funding amount has dropped, capital allocation inside startups has never been better. Less dollars available has led to much better focus and discipline. A lot of large startups have turned profitable or plan to near term. This is a great environment for builders.

Unfortunately no change in EU white list at last IPCR meeting, I believe our restrictions to travel from #SG will remain, can’t expect rapid changes. Next IPCR scheduled in Jan. COVID situation in Europe and Italy is evolving, expect further closures and restrictions. @ItalyinSG

@anuj_can I fully understand. SG was delisted on 14 Dec because it was canceled from EU white list on Nov 9. There is a time gap: in Nov there was a high incidence of cases, but numbers in SG are far different now. I hope to obtain a change in this system but unfortunately it may take time

@mariovattani @anuj_can The big problem as well is that travel insurance will not cover such cancellations ! So my fam and i will lose thousands in flights, hotels, museum tickets. All prepaid. Please we hope for a resolution so that we are not victims of a clerical error !
