@anur7ag By the way, the new Pi agent integration doesn't work as smoothly. frequent run errors 592 503 after initial run. Traycer is now my daily driver!

@anur7ag I prefer to use sandboxes. Worktrees are useless. You just save a bunch of MB from the .git folder, but you still have to install 100MBs of libraries, node_modules, etc.

@Sithira269 yep😬. I heard somwhere that mac needs extra memory space to efficiently manage swap memory that may be one of the reason of sluggish-ishness

@anur7ag The automation is a feature of Traycer or you baked something yourself ?

kept noticing that i was asking agents to do the same kinds of things everyday. made an automation, so now, every night, it goes through all my chat transcripts, looking for repeated works, and updates existing skills or make new ones. sounds small, but i've been repeating myself a lot less lately.

@GjermundGaraba Nope. It doesn’t, and never will. Everything stays scoped to your session made inside it. No system-wide skills, MCPs, or hooks.

@anur7ag The thing that is holding me back from installing anything new like this rn: is it going to install system-wide skills, mcp, or hooks?

Cmux only offers tui agent, Traycer gives you all the flexibility of gui and tui with many more additive features like - native agent-to-agent communication - multi subscription profile so you can add lets say 2 claude code subs and switch easily. no new chat - same context provider switching, like start with codex 5.6 and then switch to opus whenever your limits hit or context depletes

@anur7ag So does it use herdr in the backend? Or is this an alternative?

Orca is good too, but only tui’s are supported atm It has both tui+gui with so much more features like: - native agent-to-agent communication - multi subscription profile so you can add lets say 2 claude code subs and switch easily.no new chat - same context provider switching, like start with codex 5.6 and then switch to opus whenever your limits hit or context depletes
