I’m stuck in an anger spiral today. I’m just so angry and I don’t know why. But, the harder I try to figure out why I’m angry the more angry I get.

A note to my husband: Please ignore all of the packages, I’m stressed and I can’t stop online shopping. It’s not you, it’s me.

@MurderSmall I’ve started from the beginning of Small Town Murder podcast and I’m on episode 61. There’s some crazy unknown foreshadowing to 2020 and Covid. 😳

Instead of folding the laundry, I spent the last 30 minutes staring at it and stressing about how much time it’s gonna take to fold it.

The laundry and dishes keep piling up and I’m tired. I yelled at my kids because I’m overwhelmed with everything. I feel sad and shameful and crazy and like the worst mom ever.

My favorite thing to do is hold onto every emotion until my emotion bucket is full. Then the next unsuspecting person who asks for something gets to play emotional roulette. Will I scream or will I cry?

‘Twas the night before December first and all through the houses, every mom was whispering, “I hate this damn elf.”

Some days it’s a lot and I just wanna hide, without anyone knowing. No explaining. No guilt. Just silence. But not for forever, just for a short while.

Even though it may not seem like a big deal to you, if I’m talking about it and I seem overwhelmed, it’s a big deal to me. The best way to help me is to listen, because I really just need to feel heard and normal.

It was over 100 degrees, yesterday. Today, it’s 55. I’m pretty sure this is why we have trust issues, Kansas.

I can’t stop reading. I can’t stop worrying. I can’t stop being sad. Most of all, I can’t stop being angry. I’m so angry. But, I think that’s the point of anger. Things change when anger gets involved. And things must change. Our kids don’t deserve this. No one deserves this.

I’ve decided I won’t expect much out of the 2000s until around 2025-2030. I was probably my most reckless in my early 20s. So, it’s no wonder 2020, 2021, and 2022 are struggling. Honestly I’m just thankful my 20s weren’t documented on social media.

I keep trying to get my shit in order, but new shit keeps getting out of order, so I’ve given up. I currently give zero shits about where any of my shit is.

There’s a short window of time when I can actually enjoy all of the Christmas decorations before I start dreading having to put all of that crap away.

Is anyone else looking at all of the good deals online and wondering if they’re really good deals, but buying them anyway, knowing you’ll probably be returning them when they get delivered to your doorstep.
