2/2 Bureaucratic callousness & indifference to their plight discourages many from entering into or continuing in the field of research. The government needs to set up a mechanism to oversee regular revisions & immediate implementation of the promised stipends. This is indispensable for a well-funded independent research environment in the country.

A sincere request to @EduMinOfIndia. Please hike the fellowship of the PhD students. Rs. 31K (for JRF) and 35K (for SRF) is no longer economically viable for various obvious reasons. Increase it to something like 45K and 51K for JRF and SRF respectively. @dpradhanbjp

@HRDG_CSIR I joined the lab in August 2020 and it's been 9 months I didn't received any money. I have filed grievance on the partal but no response received yet.I have some financial restraint sir can you please try to disbursed the amount as early as possible
