Keynote Spotlight: Luke Damon Veteran • Executive • Lived Experience Advocate Luke Damon’s story bridges defence, leadership, and recovery. After serving in Australia’s Special Forces and a senior corporate career, Luke’s life was reshaped by trauma, moral injury, and complex PTSD. Through psilocybin-assisted therapy, becoming the first Australian veteran to legally access psychedelic treatment outside a trial, Luke found purpose in advocating for trauma-informed care and authentic leadership. At FMHC26, Luke will share how connection, culture, and leadership can transform recovery and mental health for veterans and frontline professionals. 👉 Don’t miss this keynote.
