@joleary Think empowered as a mechanic will be hard to balance. You'd have to make the tempo loss of empowering worth the effect. With a legend it's a "permanent effect" so it will accrue value over the game. But with a unit that's just one rebuke/cull the weak away from giga losing.

Been buzzing to discuss these mechanics with people. My lukewarm immediate take with most of the cards not known is: Empowered legends -> good Empowering units -> pray you’re not playing vs chaos
