couple reflections from Day 1 of the Live Trading Floor up 1.5% on account with 2W/2L over 3 hours of live trading. link to today's livestream: youtube.com/live/yn8SuJ9sQ… 1. the $NQ trade was supposed to be full-risk but i didn't, likely because we were close to the end of the session and i was already dealing with some fatigue. but objectively speaking, it should've been full-risk which would've put account gain yesterday to 2% 2. definitely need to let go of expectations of needing to make a certain amount during these couple days. which is ironic because the point of this entire event is to show how real trading is like and the one way this doesn't work is: "i want to make $3k today" and so the market does ultimately, was still disciplined and followed the system to the end and hopefully showed you guys how it looks like to stay off your hands even though you "need" to make a certain amount of PNL (in front of hundreds of people) that's arguably more powerful than just straight PNL but perhaps 99% might find it boring and wouldn't watch it 3. need to accept that i can't help everyone within 2 short days there's an entire spectrum of people from beginner -> intermediate and i can't help everyone at the same time which is where Blueprint comes into play because regardless of where you fall under that spectrum it will get you to a point of consistency if you liked everything I showed during the live and my philosophy when it comes to trading use code "BP2026" for $100 off, expires by the end of today theartofcrypto.co/blueprint

after tracking 180+ trades over 12 months, I found a pattern the majority of my losses come on no-news Mondays so now i approach Mondays differently more confirmations required and smaller expectations check your data day of week might surprise you (this is just my own data)
