@ca51111 I did it post with a motion blur filter, but you can do it in Reshade too with the DirectionalDepthBlur.fx shader.

@ca51111 Hi... do you mean with the black and white/color images? If so, I made the whole image black and white and masked off the parts I colored. I used a program called Topaz Studio, but you can do it with Photoshop as well.
