‼️ My first Ladder bet of the season… I’m taking Quentin Johnston at: 🪜 50+ receiving yards (-125) 🪜 60+ receiving yards (+125) 🪜 70+ receiving yards (+195) 🪜 80+ receiving yards (+280) 🪜 90+ receiving yards (+390) 🪜 100+ receiving yards (+550) 👇🏼 Here’s why… Johnston is having a true third year breakout. He’s put his drop issues behind him and has clearly earned the trust of Justin Herbert and the coaching staff. Through Week 3, he’s averaging 8 targets per game and has 79, 71 and 89 receiving yards plus 3 total TDs. He also has long catches of 33, 60 and 37 yards in the first three weeks. His average depth of target is 14.3 yards (17th in NFL) and he has 342 intended air yards (4th in NFL). All these stats put Johnston in the top metrics of all receivers, yet his line still remains at 50.5. The matchup is great too. The Chargers face the Giants who have allowed 195 yards per game to wide receivers (2nd most in NFL). Five different receivers have recorded 50+ yards against them this season, including 112 from CeeDee Lamb and 71 from Tyquan Thornton last week. Justin Herbert is targeting Johnston on 22.4% of his pass attempts and I see that volume remaining. Herbert is having an elite season averaging over 286 passing yards per game and the Chargers have lost Najee Harris so their run game will be weakened too. Love Johnston to have another big game. 21+, gamble responsibly.
