@unkonow_0000 Maintenance times on GeForce NOW depend on a number of factors, and require deployment and testing to ensure reliability. We do our best to keep this as short as possible. We hate to wait, too.
@Respawn@PlayApex I love the game, but this has been crazy to watch. The communication isn’t a “W” a lot of people got ducked over and only the partnered creators are copy pasting messages of support. At end of day this season could have been the best but was handled the worst.
Some clarifications on @PlayApex Ranked after the start of the new split:
- If your rank was reset earlier this week, it was not reset again at the start of yesterday's split. This includes players who continued to play Ranked matches in between Tuesday and Thursday.
- Since Season 19, rewards are granted based solely off your rank at the end of the Season rather than your highest Rank achieved during the season.
We apologize for the confusion and thank you for your patience while we get the new split sorted. Look out for more of a behind-the-scenes look at our Ranked changes and plans in a future blog!

Heads up, legends: The next Ranked Split will be rolling out to @PlayApex shortly.
We're also aware of several issues after our most recent update, including:
-Missing progress from after the update on April 2 until the maintenance on April 3
-Breakout Challenge progress is still reset
-Players still missing the correct Ranked Badges

Thank you for your patience! We have deployed a fix and the servers are back online! As a result of this evening's rollback, we're working to restore progress made throughout the course of yesterday. Additionally, we've had to postpone the new Ranked Split and will roll it out at a later date — more info to come. Looking forward to seeing you on the dropship!
We messed up! In order to resolve an account data loss issue, we are temporarily taking the @PlayApex servers offline. Fear not! We are deploying a fast fix to restore progress and content to affected accounts, but players will not be able to connect to the game during this time.
