This work is the result of the collaboration between @IRNAS_CSIC and @institutograsa as part of my #PhD supervised by @AntonioDiazEsp1 and @VirHerSantana #AccademicChatter #PhDVoice

❓What happens during olive oil biosynthesis?🫒 💡We found that TAG and UFA composition depend on the carbon supply ☀️ and the water status 💧, which control transcription of PDAT and DGAT genes 🧬involved in oil accumulation and FAD2 and FAD7 genes related with UFA composition
