It’s National Construction Safety Week! At APC, safety is our top priority—on every site, every day. This year’s theme – All in Together: Recognize. Respond. Respect., reflects the way we work: staying aware, taking action, and looking out for one another. Throughout the week, our team is engaging with daily Safety Week emails focused on identifying high‑energy and high‑hazard conditions, implementing direct controls to prevent injuries, and empowering all team members to speak up – key actions that continue to strengthen our safety‑first culture. We’re also participating in our Annual Safety Meeting to reinforce best practices across every project. The newly renovated Greenwich Train Station OFFICIALLY OPENS – tomorrow, 1/30. This marks a major milestone for the multi-phased Greenwich Crossing redevelopment. Designed by Beyer Blinder Belle, the modernized station features a new exterior façade, upgraded platform access, new pedestrian pathways, and a new staircase at Steamboat Road. Inside the station, renovations include full-glass entrance facades, a new wood-slatted ceiling, designer lighting, upgraded restrooms, and new flooring, glass railings, signage, and a new elevator. Thanks to all involved! We’re deeply grateful for the community’s patience, the collaboration across our design and construction team, and the instrumental support of the Town of Greenwich and the Greenwich Building Department. This project reflects true craftsmanship and reinforces our long‑term commitment to Greenwich. Renovations of the remaining storefronts are nearing completion, while construction of the restaurant structure and new landscaping will continue through early spring 2026. @apconstco is proud to have partnered with @StamfordMuseum and @tskp_studio on the completion of the new Planetarium & Astronomy Center – a three-story, 11,000-square-foot facility anchoring the 118-acre campus as one of the Northeast’s most advanced centers. The project presented a rare technical challenge: constructing a 40-foot dome planetarium and a third-floor observatory with a motorized retractable roof — both requiring precision, advanced technical expertise, and seamless coordination. In collaboration with @tskp_studio, APC’s team was pivotal in delivering the complex structure. The center features new classrooms, a glass-framed lobby gallery, exposed-wood-beam ceilings, terraces, and amphitheater-style outdoor seating. @apconstco is pleased to share the completion of the new multi-purpose building at School of the Holy Child in Rye, NY (@holychildrye) — a collaboration with @PerkinsEastman that showcases architectural innovation and APC’s commitment to quality and precision building. The 8,000-square-foot, out-of-ground facility features a signature chapel and flexible STEM project suites designed to inspire creativity and learning. Its exterior combines stone veneer, glass curtainwall, and Swiss-imported cementitious siding, with a Tectum roof system installed to serve as both structure and finish. Infrastructure for a future solar array was also incorporated.
