@MaraDinho_10 Hi there! As per out Ts and Cs, that is correct. If you miss the bus, you forfeit your ticket. You can only cancel within 3 hours of traveling. Once the bus departs, you cannot make any amendments to your ticket.

@apmbus Good day. There's travelers who missed their trip yesterday, unfortunately when they got there, the bus had left. They are planning to take trip today & I have been told they have to buy new tickets, since they won't be allowed to yesterday's. One was traveling with kids
