It’s one thing for a Biker to cross the double white line to the wrong side, but it’s a huge crime when an entire bus drives on the wrong side! @TGSRTCHQ this is unacceptable. This happened on Wednesday around 11 AM on Tankbund. How can a bus driver drive on the wrong side? It is against even the most basic safety standards. #roadsafety

Ensuring a safer, smoother Cyberabad! 🚦🌧️ A high-level Convergence Meeting was held at the Cyberabad CP Office, chaired by @CPCyberabad alongside @MC_Cyberabad , and HMWSSB MD Ashok Reddy Korem, IAS. Leaders from GHMC, HMDA, HYDRAA, and other key departments joined forces to fast-track urban safety and infrastructure. Key Highlights & Action Points: ➡️Monsoon Readiness: 54 water-logging points identified for rectification; a dedicated CMC customer care number will be launched for rain-related grievances. Traffic & Infrastructure: ➡️Flyovers & Signals: Ongoing flyover works will be fast-tracked; traffic signals and signboards are being upgraded for better flow. ➡️Pedestrian Safety: New Skywalks and Foot Over bridges planned; HMRL to raise medians to prevent risky crossings. ➡️Road Widening: TGIIC and R&B to address bottlenecks and remove obstructing electrical poles. ➡️Smart Parking: SCSC & Mindspace to develop a 2-acre parking facility near Raidurgam Metro via CSR funding. ➡️Summer Relief: 3,000 water tankers permitted to move during no-entry hours to ensure city-wide water supply. ➡️Emergency Response: HYDRAA is preparing a comprehensive monsoon action plan. ➡️Unified Command: All departments will now station representatives at the Integrated Command and Control Centre (ICCC) for real-time coordination.
