Kasparov is 100% right. NATO is a joke, Trump is a grifter selling out Europe’s security, and Ukraine is saving all our butts while we squabble. Kasparov is totally fed up and says Europe/NATO are a joke for celebrating while Ukraine is doing all the fighting and dying to save them from putin. He rips into the West's pathetic aid and hesitation, and calls the whole idea of a "deal" to end the war a "real estate deal" to enrich Trump's buddies at Ukraine's expense. He basically says: Stop stalling, NATO is weak, Trump is selling you out, and if Ukraine loses, you guys are next! “I'm getting desperate. This is the best, you know, show putin can hope for. Not a single straight answer. It's not about how many weapons you have, ammunition. It's: Are you willing to fight and die? Oh, it's nice, you have a Canadian Led Brigade in Latvia. What's the order for this brigade? Will they shoot if Russians cross the border? We know the answer. It will take ages to negotiate. I still didn't hear a clear response to it. It's not, you know, I can't even imagine this. How can we discuss seriously a deal made by Trump's business partner? You know, it's a real estate deal to enrich Trump's family and and and sell Ukraine. And it's it's, yeah, how can we seriously discuss that Ukraine will have to give up fortifications that are saving Europe? Ah, we're celebrating NATO. NATO is not strong. NATO doesn't exist. It's a fake. It's NATO, four letters. The reason you are still sitting here and and celebrating it: Ukraine is dying every minute. It’s massive sacrifice. If not for Ukraine, if not for Ukraine standing, Russian tanks would be already in Poland. You all suggested that Ukraine would give up. You offered Zelenskyy a ride, and he said, "I don't need a ride, I need ammunition." For years, Ukraine is fighting for the whole Europe. NATO was built to fight only one war—not to go to Afghanistan, not to go to Syria—one war: to save free Europe from Russian aggression. Ukraine is the only country that is fighting this war, and we are still discussing: Should we include them or not? Ukraine is the only country that that is fulfilling NATO's destiny. And we we owe them everything. Oh, let's let's let's sacrifice them. But Zelenskyy is making in, I don't know even how to explain this choice. As a Russian, I also feel guilty. That's why I cannot tell him, you know, show Trump, Trump middle finger. But again, we have how many senators we have here? Are you going to tell Donald Trump that he cannot do that? You have 85. 85. 85 is more than two, yes? If I'm out of 100 senator. So, yes, how how how come that, you know, this bill is still sitting somewhere in in in on on on the floor of the Senate, and it's not still being being done? putin is seeing all others, they are celebrating it. And by the way, Russia has North Korean, they have Cubans, they have Africans volunteers. So, and we're still talking about escalation. We have everything: military, political, economic powers on our on our side, and we're still losing the war. It's thanks to Ukraine, Russia is not fulfilling Putin's dream of restoring restoring uh Russian empire. But if, God forbid, Ukraine is forced to make this deal, then, very clear, Putin will will will realize his dream, and then, guys, you're next. But you are not willing willing to fight.” he said.

@Jynx_sys @ilblackdragon Yeah. It is easy to add Near Intents to your chain and get liquidity available to users there. Plus it makes cross-chain funds migration easier.

I don't think anyone knows this but easier and FREE way to launch your own EVM chain is on NEAR. Prob worth make this known
Kent@cuongdc_real

Hmm another choice is to run your own "EVM virtual chain" (aka EVM smart contract running on top of NEAR) FOR FREE with @auroraisnear. U will have access to all chain liquidity via NEAR-Intents and FREE CEXs integration from day 0 (aka withdraw $$$ from CEXs to your chain) auroracloud.dev

🚀 NEW EPISODE 🚀 Scaling the Agentic Internet @tw_tter chats with @bowenwang18, Head of Protocol @ Near One, about blockchain scaling, AI, and how @NEARProtocol sets the ground for AI-native apps & the agentic economy. ‘Attention Is All You Need’, co-wrote by Illia Polosukhin in 2017, laid the foundation for arguably one of the most consequential tech breakthroughs in our recent history. 1 year later, Illia founded Near AI, which later became @NEARProtocol. They were visionaries ahead of their time and, although AI took several more years before becoming a viable product, the experience of scaling databases would later prove valuable and applicable in blockchain world. As a result, @NEARProtocol is one of the first blockchains to implement execution layer sharding, asynchronous execution and stateless validation, bringing the finality time down to 1.2 seconds, with a block time of 0.6 seconds. Don't forget to RT & follow @epicenterbtc! Topics discussed in this episode: 0:00 - Introduction 3:30 - Bowen’s background 4:47 - Near’s pivot from AI to blockchains 8:26 - The role of Near One 9:13 - Near’s tech stack upgrades 13:39 - Optimizing network architecture 17:08 - Stateless validation & block propagation 21:10 - Sharding & asynchronous execution 29:12 - Message passing between shards & shard ‘equality’ 35:51 - Challenges of implementing stateless validation 41:05 - Applications benefiting from Near’s finality speed 44:18 - Intent-based infrastructure 47:10 - AI use cases on Near 52:27 - Expanding Near’s ecosystem 54:43 - Development challenges 57:55 - Near’s vision and goals

Big swap on NEAR Intents. User swapped 4.64 BTC on @THORSwap. Excluding FE fees it was worth $538,837.44. They received 539,260 USDT on Ethereum. This means they got an extra $423.20. The swap took 3 min 35 sec from mining BTC block till mining Ethereum block.

How many holes does a straw have? Topologically, of course, it has 1: it's homeomorphic to a punctured disk. But intuitively it has 2: one at the top and one at the bottom. And this answer lies at the heart of the most rigorous axiomatization of quantum field theory. (1/20)

@getjonwithit So going further in needed to include non-linear gauge transformations? Is it like including more and more Taylor series expansion terms?

We've so far only encoded the *linear* gauge transformations: for full covariance, we have to keep going, adding 6-dimensional cobordisms between the 5-dimensional ones, 7-dimensional ones between the 6-dimensional ones, etc. All the way up to infinity. (16/20)

The CLARITY Act, if passed, is bullish for L1s (and decentralized L2s) because its "mature blockchain systems" definition of "impartial system" excludes centralized L2s (w/ single-entity sequencers). (However, L2s can satisfy this criteria if its sequencer is elected by decentralized governance.) Screenshot of Section 42(c)(2)(F) in CLARITY Act * more precisely L1 tokens or tokens of decentralized chains

It’s been a week since @EthCC - electrolytes have been replenished, the heatstroke has passed, and we’re finally ready for some reflection. TL;DR: Cannes delivered. The beach club events had serious vibe, but also required serious stamina, networking at 37°C isn’t for the faint of heart. But the crowd made it worth it: OGs, new talent, and builders were sharp. Here's what piqued our interest the most: 🔹 AI agents are having a moment: Everyone’s experimenting; backtests, prompt chaining, on-chain execution flows. Still early, still clunky, but very dynamic and promising developments are happening. 🔹 Gambling mechanics are eternal: Prediction markets everywhere. Some leaned into it, others disguised it as “games” or “social layers”, either way, the appetite hasn’t faded. 🔹 RWAs and stablecoins are the quiet winners: Not the loudest booths, but clearly where the serious teams are focusing. Solid traction, real-world relevance, long-term play, overall, RWAs and stablecoins sent out a bullish impression. 🔹 Virtual Chains got attention: Builders are interested in the Virtual Chain concept paired with NEAR Intents liquidity. There is a hunger for easier, and more efficient ways to launch. 🔹 Aurora’s story resonated: Founders liked that we go beyond infra. Tools, integrations, marketplace, incubator, token launch, the full arc. That clicked. Infra → Integrations → Marketplace → Dev tools → Incubator → Token launches, that's what the space wants, and we humbly abide. All in all, Cannes gave us peak crypto summer: sun, sweat, and builders shipping through it all. We loved it, and we'll be back for more!
