Kaufman seeks negotiation with the PH government for Duterte’s return Atty. Nicholas Kaufman, the lead counsel of former President Rodrigo Roa Duterte (FPRRD), wants to speak with the government to negotiate the return of FPRRD to the Philippines. “First of all, I would ask all the Filipinos who support the former president to put their faith in the judicial process,” he said. “Second of all, keep praying for his speedy release. We’ve guarantees to the country he request. And for a speedy return to the Philippines,” Atty. Kaufman said. “I have a request from the Philippine Administration and Government.
