@apollo_bicycles Hi apologies for the misunderstanding I assume it was all one company. Spoke to Halfords and as expected it’s not under warranty because it’s a moving part 😡 3 months old purchase and that happens but don’t worry my son might have been seriously injured. Once again apologies…..

@apollo_bicycles this happened to my sons breaks after he tried to use them, he’s only used the bike a few time since i purchased it. I took it back to Halfords and they say it’s not under warranty, it was purchased only 3 months he only started riding it properly last week.

@Y2thej66 Hi Michael, if you're referring to the wedge piece on your quill stem, it's designed to be like that. When installed, it secures the stem inside the steerer tube. (Please note however that we're not the same brand Apollo that are sold in the UK)
