The will to change is important in addition to having the ability to change. As Grace Hopper said "The most damaging phrase in the language is: 'It's always been done that way'" We don't just effect change, we have to fight for it against reluctant minds.

There is nothing called "blackbox testing" in software, example for a webapp, tester need to know at least how the app state changes & actions (dynamics) when it is interacted with. Everything in life is grey, somewhere between black-and-white #swtesting

@tottinge I thought "agile proper" means trunk-based dev, no feature branches. Teams that we have, don't delete feature branches & hang around for too long !!

Does anyone know the average lifetime of a feature branch in corporate environments? How long do yours live before being merged and deleted?
