reading old penny arcade and ctrl+alt+del strips and the big thing i noticed is that they both usually make the exact same jokes but tim buckley has zero idea how to deliver a punchline. in this one he blurts it out in the first panel making the other panels entirely pointless

like the fact that literally nobody ever talks about slate when infinite's getting its beatings i think is proof enough how dogshit that plotline was. and I know this is the "nothing ever matters" game but there's virtually no consequence regardless if you kill him or not

I think another really funny example of infinite's writing was the whole hall of heros section where you deal with a guy who's mad comstock took credit for killing native americans in a real-world massacre and it expects you to give even a single shit about him afterwards

@rat_liker I tried cooking with tofu for the first time this last week. Looked good unfortunately it tasted bland and I don’t know why. Hopefully the next time I do a tofu recipe it turns out alright.
