An update, of course, an MJD moment happened.
Unfortunately, others have reported issues due to NTDLL.dll using SSE4.2 instructions since later 25H2 updates.
So someone added software CRC32 implementation into NTDLL.dll, a BSOD!
Even changing SINGLE byte in NTDLL.dll, guess what?

Windows 11 24H2+ SSE 4.2 Requirement is DEFEATED! Only works with AMD CPUs that goes up to SSE4a, due to still requiring POPCNT instruction! Couldn't get it installed on bare metal hardware as it doesn't like nForce chipsets, but it worked in a VM on it! github.com/Smu1zel/POP4.2
