I don’t think it’s exactly like that. If the issue was truly due to a face mismatch with KYC, the claim should have been rejected immediately or the account would have been banned, just like it happened with some other users earlier. In many of the current cases, users were able to continue claiming tokens normally, and the issue only appeared later during the swap process. That indicates it may actually be a serious technical glitch from the development side, not necessarily a user fault.
