@AppyParking @FlavillaFongang Tried to use your app after a few months. It used to be so easy in every sense, all the info was relevant and easy to find. Now its confusing and unhelpful, so DELETE. You surely knew the app would be this confusing from pilot and user testing, right? Why did you released this??!

@AppyParking I have today received a charge of £98.20 for 10080 minutes of parking in Harrogate Victoria car park which was a 3 hour stay. Barrier opened and closed due to the App but receipt not received. Contact me urgently to sort as this is fraud !

@AppyParking sending me a message to say if only parking was this easy across the whole UK. This after I got a fine by paying by the app and having a valid ticket but the fine says not ticket in the car. Not easy and not cool.

@AppyParking Hi, I’ve just had an email with confirmation that I’ve been charged £90.55 for being in Harrogate Victoria Car Park for 7 days!! In actual fact I went in on the 15th July at 11:53am and left 2-3 hours later. Clearly a mistake. Can you assist please

@AppyParking how can I move to AppyParking+ without starting a 14 day trial of premium. I have no interest in premium and this feels like a way of entrapping users into a subscription they’ll forget to cancel by a forced upgrade
