When it comes to decision-making, timing plays an important role in regards to catching people in the right headspace.

Although lesson plans may be due every two weeks, preparing for instruction is a daily process that is often contingent upon providing quality feedback and in the words of @danielson_group, “ensuring that students make use of the feedback in their learning.”
