apple app store review times are interesting at the moment: the last update for an existing app took like 1 hour (from submission to approval).. and a new one is waiting for 3 days for a review now..

The study mapped perceived purpose, psychological safety, and forward outlook against hierarchy level and performance tier. Results indicate a structurally polarized workforce. A narrow executive layer (1%) demonstrates near-total strategic fixation on artificial intelligence narratives and capital allocation tied to automation initiatives. At the broad employee base (50%), dominant sentiment clusters around employment insecurity, reduced mobility confidence, and risk aversion in career decision-making. A distinct high-performance segment (10%) shows declining organizational identification; this cohort increasingly prioritizes personal leverage, skill accumulation, and optionality over institutional loyalty, correlating with accelerated AI tool adoption for individual productivity gains. The remaining 39% present measurable disengagement: low affective commitment, minimal discretionary effort intent, and reduced outcome ownership. Cross-analysis suggests misalignment between strategic communication at the top and psychological experience at scale. If there’s something you want to create but you get demotivated when you find out a famous/impressive person is doing it too, I highly recommend you fight that feeling. I’ve seen too many instances of nothing getting shipped by said person a year later.
