Ma génération n'a pas connu l'âge d'or du droit international, la mondialisation heureuse, la chute du mur de Berlin comme une promesse de la fin de l'histoire. Ma génération n'a connu que le monde régi par les rapports de force et la brutalité. Je suis un pragmatique. La responsabilité de ma génération doit être de mettre fin à cette guerre mondiale par fragments.
