A brother we were together at Assunnah (Prof Alaro's Masjid at TankeOke-odo), both of us as imaams, was like this. He is Abdur-Rahmaan Dhikrullaah Shaafee.
I have never heard him make a mistake. Not even those end of Surah verses like "Samee'un Aleem, Khabeerun Baseer, Aleemun Khabeer" and the likes.
He did once while reciting from either A'raaf or An'aam (i honestly can't recall). He came back to correct himself.
He would later tell me he would take one verse from his Mum daily, for years. He memorised the Qur'aan very young. He was increasing until he completed it.
Wow! I usually pray for his Mum. I want my wives to be like this to my children.
I wasn't this lucky. But Al-hamdu li LLAAH I also made it. 😃
May ALLAAH enrich us with Qur'aan fluency.

The Guest and the Host
The Thought: If Allah is expecting us as His guests in our prayers, and in the Hereafter, are we actually prepared to show up?
The Reality Check:
When we visit a friend, we bring our best. We dress well. We are on our best behavior.
Yet, when we stand before the Creator, do we offer Him our "leftover" energy and distracted hearts?
The Shift:
Being a "prepared guest" means:
Purity: Cleaning the heart of grudges before the prayer.
Presence: Leaving the phone and the "to-do list" at the door.
Gratitude: Recognizing that the invitation itself is a mercy, not a burden.
The Question: If the meeting was today, would you be happy with the "gift" you are bringing Him?
