@arawfc try seitan if you haven't, decent protein & tastes just like chicken once cooked so makes a good fajita etc. otherwise google gousto recipies, they have really good meatless ones, especially with tofu. the classic sweet and sour one is unreal and 37g protein!! 🫶🏼

@lwtsmonster find a lot of non branded replacements are quite bland, but i do enjoy quorn and tofu!! have only had it a couple times it’s just quite hard to cook to the right point
