Update … insurance that I’ve paid $350 a month for the last 4-5 years just told me they will cover absolutely $0.00 of my surgery regardless of who I go with to do the surgery.
They said I can do a 1 time upgrade that consists of coverage for 3 months and is $800 extra per month and a $9,000 deductible.
Once I do the upgrade I’m never eligible again so if I need medical care of any kind, it won’t be covered.
What the actual Fuck ……

Now that I deal with insurance on an almost daily basis I 100% Agree with Luigi Mangione. Crazy that this random MRI resulted in what would eventually by my Cancer Diagnosis but what is even crazier is how insane Insurance Companies are. WTF you mean my tests aren't covered? WTF you mean I can get anesthesia from one hospital but not from another for a surgery that is IMPOSSIBLE to do without anesthesia. WTF are these charges and WTF do they mean? Ive been to 4 diff docs and have a 3-5 tests at each + my initial few tests but somehow have about 2,000 bills and nonsense codes associated with each one. The last doc I went to was all self pay $300 and he did the same shit the other docs did which by the looks of it totals around $30,000 at present moment. I have not even had surgery yet. I couldn't imagine how do deal with this as someone who doesn't have the means to pay. I feel so terrible for the average person that has to deal with the medical system. This entire system needs to be burnt to the ground.

I think that the real edge in performance marketing at this point is just client relationship
you can automate ads/deployment but you can't automate shaking the hand of a 9 figure CEO/CMO, looking him in the eye as you explain your plan and instilling trust that you can execute

one thing @arbitrage said that stuck with me for months is to just assume that your existence as a man will be extremely difficult
its sort of a dark pill to swallow but if you want to achieve a lot every day is basically just a hurricane of really difficult stuff and theres really no breaks
If you think your life is gonna be easy then every day your gonna be caught off guard when problems arise
If you just accept this as your existence and assume every single waking day is going to be extremely hard, it just becomes the norm
After many years of hurricanes you just turn into the storm rider (unless failure is catastrophic)
I would be curious to hear other successful people's opinion on this

Indeed. This is now a difference in goals discussion. The important part is that love isn’t ethereal, it’s about finding your audience first and creating an opportunity for connection.
No downside to growing your network. I believe in ads. In my case though, cold DM carries risk that scales with volume so I took another approach.

@arbitrage @StephenStorey Let me add (which I'm sure you already know) that it's a lot easier to get inbound off of ads when 18 people she already knows follow you. I also auto DM new followers something really basic when I'm running stuff like this. No response, no worries. She goes on the pile.

Only to build a following or induce random inbound. You can’t qualify your audience tightly enough. You’re limited to age, gender, geo and interests. Pilates and EDM or whatever can ballpark it, but under 30 typically won’t follow. You’d have to mine likes and do cold outreach. Too time consuming, low chance of results. Juice ain’t worth the squeeze.
Network intro after uncovering prospect is the highest chance of organic meeting.

When I was 21 I was puking in a toilet and my mom called me a loser. I was 50k in debt with a failed business and got a DUI. I woke up the next morning and decided there was no value there, only suffering. She was right. I didn’t have another drink for 5 years and when I did I hated it. Truly dislike it, or anything else.
Life without is better. I’d rather serve people at the highest level and you can’t do that drunk or high.

It’s hard to NOT stay motivated if you have this. It’s harder to not work on your mission if you feel so deeply connected to it.
If you need motivation imo it’s because you don’t actually feel connected to what you are doing.
