这是一起备受关注的事件，事发后无论是X和各类社群都在快速传播，在处理事情的时候过于心情过于急躁，做了错误的表达。这样的做法确实不够严谨，也容易让外界误以为我在急于下结论，而不是客观关注事件本身
这是一起涉及账户安全、设备信息、链上资金流向等多个环节的复杂案件，在处理事情过程中过于急躁，并不是一个负责任的态度。我接受大家对我的批评，也感谢大家提出的意见和建议
相比于争论，更希望大家能够持续关注案件本身的处理进展：
在收到用户反馈后，公司第一时间安排专员与用户保持持续沟通，并成立专项专家组协同处理
目前，已与用户完成相关资料收集及事件经过核实，并正持续协助用户推进后续工作，包括协助申报资金冻结与追回、协调联系 Tether 官方等相关机构配合处理、敦促客户走司法程序等动作，尽最大努力推动事件妥善解决
我很理解大家对平台安全、用户资产以及事件处理过程的关注，也理解公众希望得到一个明确结果的心情
后续如有能够公开披露的进展，官方会第一时间发布
