@awoodustin in short the “why didn’t they just use the eagles” argument comes from ppl who have probs only watched the movies and don’t understand the deeper lore to literally everything that happens. every lotr fan knows the eagles argument is ridiculous lol

@awoodustin ur correct also the eagles don’t interfere with middle earth unless absolutely necessary, they were created by manwë to protect from morgoth / sauron but even if they didn’t have to sneak into mordor the eagles aren’t a taxi service they still would’ve only helped when necessary
