list of habits that silently boost your intelligence

3. learn (a new skill, a new language, anything at all) it strengthens your brain and improves your thinking ability

6. get enough sleep and relaxation cos a well rested brain think clearly and remembers information faster
7. pay strategic games that will challenge your subconscious thinking often (solve puzzles, riddles, answer quiz) helps your mental health
8. practice feng shui and writing, it helps you organize ideas and it improves your clarity of thinking
