@Ron3reed Problem with these players is that they cannot distinguish subjective issues with the existence of the game. They want the game to comply to their taste, or they won't leave it alone.

I’d be more open to discussing their supposed “dislikes” about the game if their issues with it wasnt just the fact that it’s not genshin 2. They complain about fast paced gameplay, darker atmosphere and colors (post apocalyptic btw), MC actually playing a role in the story, etc

The difference between genshin haters and WuWa haters is that genshin haters actually played genshin at some point and know its faults. WuWa haters play the game through twt and constantly spread misinformation because they don’t know shit about the game.

I think most gacha players are braindead, but more so the wuwa ones. I have yet to meet one that isn't offended by merely stating an opinion about things you dislike about wuwa. Every time there will be someone defending it in most pathetic and childish way, calling you out for liking 'rival' company and thus disregarding your opinion as just 'hate coming from the enemy camp'. Just so you know, disliking a game doesn't make you a 'hoyoshill'. You got this primitive mentality from politics "oh hes gotta be a liberal, oh hes gotta be republican". These are fucking video games, you can dislike something about them without having been sent by 'the enemy'. So much delusion is intoxicating.

@gacha_tourist There's a lot older Vera version than the one in the screenshot. 1st Frame was the dual blade weilder which is a healer. 2nd Frame was the Banner Spear which is kind of similar to screenshot 1. 3rd one is screenshot 2. Personality wise. They are not even close.

saw some people compare Himeko's SP concept art with some Kuro character called Verna and did some digging. Himeko has existed since 2016 & Hoyo does concept arts years in advance... and considering Kuro's history of taking "inspiration" from others... yikes 😬 not a good look.

Ese es el problema, yo no quiero dejarlo, yo QUIERO seguir jugando porque ME GUSTA el juego, es el único juego que llevo jugando por tantos años y que la respuesta más fácil sea “dejar de jugar” no me parece del todo correcto. @LmSparko I've been in that position, not being tribalistic at all, but a little self-respect as a player and voicing concerns about the game won't hurt it. I played that game for 5-6 years, and I feel that it's just severe sunk-cost that's keeping them there atp.

@_alfxi Old HI3 players appreciate the game because it had heart. We hoped Genshin then HSR will follow it but not really. At least WuWa is replacing that for me at least.

i think wuwa is the first insane gacha gaming experience i had after dropping hi3 when p1 concluded, its very similar especially because of the music; 88+ VOCAL tracks so far with an important detail: most of them play in game. it's a unique feeling each time bro

NTE devs will have a really tough first 6-7 months like WuWa devs did back in the day —— but if they don't take feedback seriously now, communicate & improve upon.. NTE will start losing players rapidly like TOF If NTE manages to sustain..then it will easily be a popular gacha

@LegionzGaming At the end of the day. Even Gen AI is a tool. Tools can be harmful or helpful depending on the ones using it. But how NTE used it on the final product just expresses "laziness" or the lack of effort to refine the product to what it could've been.

@THEEDITOR_GUY_ I'm not against usage of AI but what does it tell you about the company produces this? Even Hoyo and WuWa use AI but they hide it better that it takes them effort. You can see the priorities of the devs based on what they produce and this seems just lazy to me.

@Riju1T_T Theres quite a lot. I actually meant to quit earlier with the Natlan story being overall cringe. Not to mention the push for Traversal mechanics locked in characters, on top of that said mechanics being either nerfed on the other regions.

Be Wuthering Waves: Apart from a few negatives, COMPLETELY: - have your 2nd anniversary - go above and beyond and put even more humanity and soul into your quests (AKA Lahai Roi arc - go ABOVE AND ULTRA FUCKING BEYOND with music that evokes PRIMAL EMOTIONS of loss, sadness, hope, and so much more - GO BEYOND THE BEYOND and design incredible maps for the "world building" (if you know...) - your Main character experiences so much growth beyond his foundation of being a mere Rover aho suffers from loss of Memory. Wuthering Waves, although there are many things I could criticize you for, I love you so fucking much, it reminds me of the magic I felt back when I first played Genshin Impact. I thought I became a casual guy that cared only for gameplay. But sometimes, a good story, although predictable, can touch a few heartstrings. Im still recuperating from post 3.3 clarity, I recorded myself playing through 3.3, and maybe ill turn it into a video, sucks I couldnt livestream 3.3

@THEEDITOR_GUY_ GA kind of has a point though, Rover is just one guy, and Ashinohara doesn't have a Rover to save it. GA is giving her the choice of fulfilling that role, albeit to dubious means(but who knows actually) In a way, Rover and GA aligned that way, but GA is the "ends justifies means"
