A big welcome to our newest PhD Student, Nana Yaw Sarpong! Nana will be investigating genetic stressors in Eucalyptus nitens (such as drought, heat, disease and pests) that are expected to increasingly impact forests with Dr Rebecca Jones @tassiebeck and Prof René Vaillancourt.

PhD Zoya Cheraghi has recently kicked off the behavioural economics aspect of her project at the shiny new Tasmanian Behavioural Lab (tas. be. lab) which opened in late Feb. Zoya’s project is looking at the adoption of co-operative agroforestry among smallholders in Tas.
