@TaliaGoodmanWBB I suspect a majority of the extra 8 teams will go to P4 conferences.

I really don’t feel like we need 76 teams in the NCAA Tournament. Unless there’s a way to guarantee that some of these spots will go to mid-major’s, not a huge fan.

@SaadYousuf126 Agreed. It looked like she was going to address the question before PR stepped in. Very bad look for Wings. However, this will blow over. But I wonder if this might be related to the political climate in Texas?

Not a good/smart approach from the Dallas Wings. Players, especially pro athletes, get asked about their personal lives all the time. They can answer however they'd like, including declining to expand on it, but there's no need for PR to intervene on a totally fair question.

@DFWJodyDean I think most of us feel that way.

I can't speak for everyone who figured out early on what Trump and MAGA portended, but I can say for sure that I wish to God I'd been wrong.

@TaliaGoodmanWBB Those of us who have worked and followed WBB know just how great a game it is. It’s just taken some time for others to jump on the bandwagon

I must say, it has been really cool seeing the interest in WBB transfer/coaching news grow astronomically over the past few years. It’s craziness, but super grateful to do this as my job and cover (in my opinion) the best sport.

@TaliaGoodmanWBB Some of these names boggle the mind. Not all have coaching changes.

The portal is open! So far the only current member of @SMUWBB to declare is Sahnya Jah.

@accwbb teams held their own, with two in the #EliteEight, but, alas, no one in the final four. The season is now done for the conference. Hopefully next year @SMUWBB will be in the dance. I’m ready for November!
