@RailMinIndia @PMOIndia @indianrail last night I had train from new Delhi railway station pnr 2130055941 traveling with my wife and kid. Seeing huge crowd we were unable to board or enter railway station. Had to cancel my ticket at 7.30 there was no refund for it. Care to refund?

Railways 🤦‍♂️ Vande Bharat occupied by ticketless passengers at Lucknow. Let me tell you that this is the Best Train in India at present. If this is the condition of BEST train then you cannot even imagine what would be the condition of other trains.
