@OPTCGgrinder I disagree lucci is a toolbox deck, he is a removal deck. If it doesn’t interact with cost or is KO lucci wouldn’t use it. The only other real toolbox deck imo is Enel. Most leaders don’t have generic leader abilities that are just good in a vacuum. Maybe UP and its evolving also
