I have very little patience for online stores with inefficient order processing systems. Why am I chasing @arcstore_sa to allocate a payment to an order your system failed to process? The customer experience cannot be this frustrating. This is literally your business.

@arcstore_sa I went to your gateway branch, frankly the ladies that work there are extremely unwelcoming especially at the counter, you’re judged for no reason, when you ask them for help, the help is half hearted. Rather discouraging, and won’t purchase from here Again👎🏻👎🏻
