@JDURGIT Huh, I wonder why the CV1/2 and general NES hasn't enforced this though? Is something different about MTPO?

@arcticayeka Requiring the window header and other restrictions came about when it was brought to our attention how simple and easy it would be to run a TAS input for the emulators and submit that as a cheated run. Would be nearly, if not fully, impossible to detect without those rules.

I'm thinking about dumping my MTPO moderation duties. Tired of dealing with people who refuse to read the rules, then cry and whine when their run is rejected. Read the rules, grow up a little bit, and stop messaging mods when your run is rejected because you ignored every rule.

@arcticayeka Oh this isn't about that. It's literally folks posting links to local files on their hard drives, or submitting IL attempts from state, or breaking multiple rules in the submissions and then messaging mods about why their runs were rejected.
