*i* call them binges because clearly im losing control and stuffing my face with w/e is nearest, but most of the time i have only fruits/vegs, zero sugar stuff and protein bars at home so my binges end up being healthy or lower cal

Is it a binge if I ate 2 apple 1 peach 1 orange 1 ice cream 1 soup 1 gummy bear 1 nutrigrain 1 bag of pistachios and 3 spring rolls 🙂
